Business intelligence for jewelers, luxury retailers and home services companies

You do not have a data problem. You have a visibility problem.

Marketing measures leads. Sales measures revenue. Operations measures execution. Finance measures profit. Nobody connects the four, so the owner runs the business on four reports that never agree. Red Beryl connects them, using the systems you already run, so you can see which marketing produces revenue, which customers come back, and what to do next.

Mission

Give owners full clarity over what their marketing is actually driving.

Red Beryl USA exists to give luxury retailers, jewelers, home services companies and every other owner-operated business full clarity over what their marketing is actually driving: through proven systems, practical execution and radical transparency, built from running businesses ourselves rather than from a pitch deck.

The company began inside one of the nation’s largest family-owned jewelers, where the ad platforms said one thing, the CRM said another, the point of sale said a third, and the accountant, months later, said something else entirely. Every vendor had a report and none of the reports agreed. The fix was not another dashboard. It was connecting the information the business already generated, reading it as one system, and writing down what the people on the floor already knew. That work became the Red Beryl Intelligence Engine, and the company built around it became Red Beryl USA.

We still run businesses. That is the point. Everything Red Beryl recommends has been tested against a real payroll, a real margin and a real Monday morning.

Three divisions. One company.

Tools, advisory and media, built by operators.

Red Beryl is one brand with three ways of working. Labs builds the tools. Consulting does the complex engagements. Studios makes the shows. Each one feeds the others: what Labs learns inside a client becomes a Consulting recommendation, and what Consulting sees on the floor becomes an episode.

Red Beryl Labs

Where we build what we recommend.

Every consultancy now recommends AI and better measurement. Very few have deployed it inside a business they answer for, with real customers, real staff and a real margin at stake. Labs is where Red Beryl’s tools are built and proven inside our own businesses first: revenue attribution that matches calls to completed sales, lifecycle automation timed to observed repurchase windows, market intelligence built from search, ads and review data, and the reporting utilities that turn a question into an answer.

When a tool is ready for anyone to use, it becomes part of SignalCheck: four checks, Presence, Competitor, Radio and Attribution, that connect what your marketing, your sales and your public footprint are each telling you separately. The first check is free.

Each link opens a sample report built on real, anonymized client data. Basic is free. Expanded is $500 setup then $250 a month. Full starts at $1,000.

What Consulting covers
  • Fractional CMO leadership. A CMO-level operator in your leadership team, reporting in the language of revenue.
  • The Intelligence Engine. Call tracking, email, point of sale and ad platforms connected into one view of the business.
  • Growth strategy and executive advisory. Where growth will come from, in what order, and what to stop doing.
  • Agency and vendor accountability. What your agency is actually producing, checked against your own sales data.
  • Customer experience and revenue optimization. How customers find you, buy from you and come back, measured at every step.
  • Transformation planning. New locations, new systems, a new generation of ownership.
Red Beryl Consulting

The complex work, with the numbers attached.

Agencies are paid to spend your budget. Software is paid to show you charts. Neither is accountable for whether the business made money. Red Beryl Consulting sits on your side of the table, asks the questions your vendors would rather you did not, and is measured on the same numbers you are.

The work is the kind that does not fit in a tool: taking the fractional CMO seat at an 11-store jewelry retailer, connecting a decade of point-of-sale history to the email platform, rebuilding attribution so that marketing and the stores finally agree on what a lead is worth. Every engagement starts with the Full SignalCheck, because advice without visibility is guessing with better vocabulary.

Red Beryl Studios

Where the podcasts live.

A campaign rents attention for as long as the budget lasts. A studio earns it, one episode at a time. Red Beryl Studios produces two shows. Marketing MadMen is marketing, media and growth for the people who own the number: over 200 episodes and past one million downloads, hosted by Nick Constantino and Jaron Solomon. Legacy of Luxury is how luxury brands are built, protected and passed on, with the founders, designers and operators doing it, airing Saturdays at 8:30 AM on Xtra 106.3 in Atlanta and everywhere podcasts are.

Studios also produces the video, audio and short-form content for Red Beryl’s own businesses: testimonials, founder-on-camera pieces and learning sessions. Same crew, same standards, same point of view.

Industries

Where the visibility problem costs the most.

High-consideration purchases, long decision windows, real inventory or real crews, and a marketing budget nobody can fully account for. That is where Red Beryl does its best work.

Jewelry and luxury retail

Jewelry marketing that answers to the case, not the click.

Our own businesses, and where the Intelligence Engine was first built. Engagement rings, wedding bands, fashion and diamonds each have their own buying window, and the customer takes weeks to decide. We connect showroom appointments, call tracking, point of sale and email so a jeweler can see which marketing produced which sale, when the band customer comes back, and which store is capturing it. Luxury marketing without cheapening the brand: the data does the persuading.

The International Diamond Center case study
Home improvement and home services

Home services marketing measured to the truck roll.

Roofing, remodeling, HVAC, pools and spas, landscaping and the trades: real lead flow, real crews, and rarely a clear view of which leads were worth the drive. The same systems apply. Every inbound call matched to a booked job and a completed sale, every lead source ranked by what it actually closed, and the agency’s reporting checked against the invoices. Radio and local search get measured the same way as paid search.

Owner-operated and multi-location

Every location seen as one business.

Strong operations, information scattered across locations and systems, and a leadership team making decisions from four reports that do not agree. We build the intelligence foundation those businesses never had: location performance side by side, one attribution model across every market, and a decision layer where a person still makes the call and still owns it. Based in Atlanta, working across the Southeast and nationally.

How Red Beryl works
The Red Beryl Method

Clarity before scale. Intelligence before action.

Five steps, in order. Each depends on the one before it, and none of them require collecting anything new.

1

Map the business

Demand creation, customer acquisition, revenue generation and operational value, drawn as one system.

2

Align data capture

Connect the information the business already produces: calls, forms, email, point of sale, ad platforms.

3

Build the foundation

One environment where every layer can be read in the context of the others.

4

Codify intelligence

Capture what leadership, operators and salespeople know, and make it part of the system.

5

Create the decision layer

Insight that guides action. A person still makes the call and still owns it.

Brian Stamey of International Diamond Center in conversation with Nick Constantino of Red Beryl
Brian Stamey

“Red Beryl connected systems that never talked to each other, so we finally know which marketing turns into store revenue. Nick works for us, not for the vendors.”

Brian Stamey, Vice President of Retail Sales Operations, International Diamond Center
Proof

Seeing 11 stores as one business.

International Diamond Center had call tracking, email, point of sale and ad platforms that never spoke to each other. We connected them. Across 11,760 customers who bought both an engagement ring and a wedding band, four in ten bought the band the same day, two-thirds within six months, and four in five within a year. Two stores were capturing the band almost only at the ring counter, with no recovery afterward. That one view changed how associates present the band at the engagement sale, and how the follow-up is timed.

Founders

Two operators. Both still operating.

Red Beryl was not started by consultants who wanted clients. It was started by two people running businesses who could not get a straight answer about their own numbers.

Questions owners ask first

Before you send anything.

What does Red Beryl USA do?

Red Beryl is a business intelligence company for owner-operated businesses, based in Atlanta and working nationally. We connect the systems a business already runs, its ad platforms, call tracking, email, point of sale and Google Business Profiles, into one view, so the owner can see which marketing produces revenue, which customers come back, and what to do next. Three divisions do the work: Labs builds the tools, Consulting does the complex engagements, and Studios produces Marketing MadMen and Legacy of Luxury.

Is Red Beryl a marketing agency?

No. An agency is paid to spend your budget and report on it. Red Beryl sits on your side of the table, is measured on the same numbers you are, and is often the one auditing the agency. We do not sell media, we do not mark up ad spend, and we do not need you to keep an agency in order to keep us.

Who is Red Beryl for?

Owner-operated and multi-location businesses with a real marketing budget and no clear view of what it produces. Most of our work is in jewelry and luxury retail, where the company was founded, and in home improvement and home services, where the same visibility problem shows up in lead flow and truck rolls. If you own the number, you are who this is for.

What is SignalCheck?

SignalCheck is Red Beryl’s audit product. Four checks, Presence, Competitor, Radio and Attribution, each answering a question you cannot answer from inside your own dashboards. The first check is free and takes about five minutes. Expanded and Full tiers add your own website, search, call and sales data and come back in writing within five business days.

Where is Red Beryl located, and where do you work?

Red Beryl USA is at 3340 Peachtree Road NE in Atlanta, Georgia. Our own businesses are in Atlanta and Florida, and we work with clients across the Southeast and nationally. Most engagements run remotely with on-site visits at the start and at key decisions.

How do you charge?

SignalCheck has published pricing: Basic is free, Expanded is $500 to set up and then $250 a month, and Full starts at $1,000. Consulting engagements are scoped after the Full SignalCheck, in writing, with a defined start, end and measure of success. No open-ended retainers.
