About Red Beryl USA

Built by operators. Run like one.

Red Beryl was not started by consultants who wanted clients. It was started by two people running a jewelry business in Atlanta who could not get a straight answer about their own numbers. The company that grew out of that problem is a business intelligence company for owner-operated businesses: jewelers, luxury retailers, home services companies and multi-location operators who want to see what their marketing actually produces.

Our story

The visibility problem, from the inside.

Every vendor had a report. None of the reports agreed.

Red Beryl began inside Solomon Brothers Jewelers, one of the largest family-owned jewelers in the Southeast. Nick Constantino had spent a decade selling Atlanta radio and sponsorships to businesses like it, then crossed to the client side as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer. Jaron Solomon, the company’s President, had been asking the same question as an owner for years: which of the marketing we pay for actually brings people through the door, and which of them come back?

The tools were all there. Google Ads, Meta, an email platform, call tracking, a point-of-sale system holding decades of customer history, a Google Business Profile for every store. What was missing was any connection between them. The ad platforms said one thing. The CRM said another. The point of sale said a third. The accountant, months later, said something else entirely. Marketing reported leads, the stores reported sales, and nobody could connect the two.

The fix was not another dashboard. It was connecting the information the business already generated, reading it as one system, and writing down what the people on the floor already knew. Call tracking was matched to completed sales. The point of sale was synced to the email platform so follow-up ran on real purchase history. Radio spot logs were read against the website minute by minute. For the first time, the owner could see which marketing produced which sale and when a customer would come back.

That work became the Red Beryl Intelligence Engine. When International Diamond Center, an 11-store jeweler in Florida, asked for the same thing, it became a company. Red Beryl USA now has three divisions: Labs builds the tools and turned the Intelligence Engine into SignalCheck, a product any owner can start for free. Consulting does the complex engagements, like taking the fractional CMO seat at IDC. Studios produces Marketing MadMen and Legacy of Luxury, and turns every episode into a page that search engines rank and AI engines cite.

We still run businesses. That is the point. Everything Red Beryl recommends has been tested against a real payroll, a real margin and a real Monday morning.

The Red Beryl Method

Clarity before scale. Intelligence before action.

Five steps, in order. Each depends on the one before it, and none of them require the business to collect anything new. Most companies try to start at step five. That is why the dashboard never gets opened.

1

Map the business

Before any data is touched, the business is drawn as one system: how demand is created, how customers are acquired, how revenue is generated, and where operations add or lose value. The map shows where the four departments hand off to each other, which is where visibility usually breaks.

2

Align data capture

Connect the information the business already produces: calls, forms, email, point of sale, ad platforms, listings. Nothing new is collected. The work is making sure a phone call, a form fill and a sale can be recognized as the same customer.

3

Build the foundation

One environment where every layer can be read in the context of the others: marketing next to sales, sales next to operations, all of it against finance. This is the Intelligence Engine, and it is what SignalCheck runs on.

4

Codify intelligence

Capture what leadership, operators and salespeople already know and make it part of the system: which customers are worth a call, what a good lead looks like, when the follow-up should go out. The data confirms it or corrects it.

5

Create the decision layer

Insight that guides action: three ranked decisions, in writing, with what each is worth. A person still makes the call and still owns it. The system’s job is to make sure they are deciding with the whole picture.

Our approach

How an engagement runs.

Every engagement, whatever the size, starts the same way: with SignalCheck. The free Presence check takes five minutes and tells us whether there is a conversation worth having. The Full SignalCheck reads your marketing, sales and revenue data together, scores what your agency or in-house team is producing, and comes back in writing within five business days with three ranked decisions and a 45-minute working session.

If the numbers say you do not need us after that, we say so. If they say you do, the engagement is scoped from what SignalCheck found: a defined start, a defined end, and a measure of success written down before the work begins. No open-ended retainers, no media markup, no reason for us to want you to spend more than you should.

01

SignalCheck first

Free Presence check, then Expanded or Full depending on what you are ready to share. Read-only access, nothing shared without written approval.

02

Scope from the findings

Consulting engagements are written from the three ranked decisions, not from a services menu. Fixed scope, fixed measure of success.

03

Build inside your systems

Labs connects what you already run. You own every account, every pixel and every dataset. If we leave, the system stays.

04

Report in your numbers

Monthly written scorecard in the language of revenue, not impressions. Where our sources disagree, we say so rather than pick a winner.

Founders

Two operators. Both still operating.

Nick Constantino

Nick Constantino

Founding Partner

Nick Constantino spent his first career selling the thing most marketers only buy. At Dickey Broadcasting Company in Atlanta, home of 680 The Fan, Xtra 106.3 and the Atlanta Braves Radio Network, he rose from play-by-play marketing specialist to Vice President of Integrated Sales and Business Development, managing a dozen sellers and a $13 to $14 million budget, and building sponsorship and advertising programs for national brands and local businesses alike. Before Atlanta he sold media at Live Nation and iHeartMedia in Washington, DC. He served on the Forbes Business Development Council and the Pinterest Advertiser Advisory Board.

A decade of watching clients buy radio on faith is where SignalCheck Radio comes from. He crossed to the client side in 2025 as Chief Marketing Officer of Solomon Brothers Jewelers, where the Intelligence Engine was first built, and serves as fractional CMO for International Diamond Center through Red Beryl. Along the way he built a studio and produced, hosted and sold every episode of Marketing MadMen, which has passed one million downloads, and co-created Legacy of Luxury. University of Maryland, College Park.

Jaron Solomon

Founding Partner

Jaron Solomon is President of Solomon Brothers Jewelers, the Atlanta jeweler his father built and one of the largest family-owned jewelers in the Southeast. Solomon Brothers does what very few retailers still do: it sources its own rough diamonds, plans the cut and polishes in-house, so the company controls quality at every step instead of inheriting whatever a wholesaler passes along. Jaron has taken the business through the decisions that define a second generation, including adding lab-grown diamonds to a family built entirely on the natural trade, a call he describes as the hardest he has made and one of the best.

He is the owner’s voice inside Red Beryl. He co-founded the company with Nick to answer a question he had been asking for years: which of the marketing we pay for actually brings people through the door, and which of them come back. His work at Red Beryl centers on the decisions only an owner makes: where to invest, when to expand, what to acquire, and how to know it worked. He co-hosts Marketing MadMen and Legacy of Luxury.

Our commitment

What you can expect from us.

Our success is measured by your results, not by how busy we look.

  • The founders do the work. Senior-level strategy and oversight on every engagement. You are not handed to an account team.
  • Honest recommendations, even when uncomfortable. Including “you do not need us” and “your agency is doing fine.”
  • Your data stays yours. Read-only access wherever possible, every account in your name, nothing shared with a third party without your written approval.
  • Everything in writing. Scorecards, decisions and scope are documents, not slide decks or phone calls you have to remember.
  • Numbers you can check. We report against your own sales data, not platform-reported conversions. Where sources disagree, we show both.
  • No dependency by design. The systems we build are yours and keep running if we leave. We would rather be asked back than be impossible to leave.
Industries

Where we have done the work.

  • Jewelry and luxury retail. Our own businesses, and where the Intelligence Engine was first built.
  • Luxury and premium consumer brands. High-consideration purchases where the customer takes weeks to decide.
  • Home improvement and home services. Real lead flow, real crews, and rarely a clear view of which leads were worth the truck roll.
  • Owner-operated and multi-location businesses. Strong operations, information scattered across locations and systems.
