RED BERYL SIGNALCHECK: WHAT WE RUN
SignalCheck by Red Beryl

Every check we can run, and what it takes to run it

The four sample reports linked above come from one system: SignalCheck. This page is the full menu: what each check actually reveals, and exactly what access or files we need from you to run it. Nothing more. Every check rolls up into one of three tiers.

Basic: free, Presence
Expanded: $500 setup, then $250/month, Presence + Competitor
Full: starting at $1,000, adds Radio + Attribution

Basic: connect your Google Business Profile

free, about five minutes of your time

SIGNALCHECK PRESENCELocal Ranking Scan

How your Google Business Profile actually ranks across a 6.5-mile grid around your location, point by point, for up to three searches that matter to you, and how the businesses nearby rank against you on the same map. You run the scan yourself and see it immediately.

What we need Invite Red Beryl as a manager on your Google Business Profile through our one-click link (you can remove us any time), then run the scan.

SIGNALCHECK COMPETITOR, PREVIEWOne Finding, in Writing

One specific, verifiable finding about how you stack up against the competitors you name, pulled from public search data. Not the full report, just enough to know whether the full Competitor check is worth your time.

What we need Your website URL and the names of up to three competitors.

Expanded: Google account access

needs view or manager access, no files to send

SIGNALCHECK PRESENCE, FULLGoogle Business Profile Audit

Every location, rescanned monthly. Review velocity and response rate, photo and post activity, category and service-area accuracy, and how each location actually ranks in the local map pack against the businesses nearby, not just against the ones you think of as competitors.

What we need Manager access on each Google Business Profile listing you want audited (already done if you ran the free check).

SIGNALCHECK COMPETITORVisibility & Ad Library Scan

Where you rank against named competitors in organic and paid search, which keywords you’re both winning and missing, and what public ad libraries show each competitor running on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Where the sources disagree, we say so rather than pick a winner.

What we need Your website URL and the names of up to three competitors. No account access.

YOUR OWN DATAWebsite & Search Performance Deep Dive

Where your traffic actually originates, what it does once it lands, which pages convert and which bleed visitors, and the specific technical issues keeping Google from finding or ranking pages it should.

What we need Viewer access to your Google Analytics 4 property and Google Search Console. One link, about two minutes.

Full: files, contracts, and account connections

the complete SignalCheck

SIGNALCHECK ATTRIBUTIONCall-to-Sale Matching

Matches every inbound call to a completed sale, so you know which channel or campaign actually produced revenue, not just which one produced a lead. Handles spouses, nicknames, and caller-ID truncation automatically.

What we need A call-tracking export (name, phone, source) and a POS or CRM sales export covering the same period.

SIGNALCHECK RADIOBroadcast Measurement

Cross-references what actually aired, minute by minute, against site traffic and branded-search spikes around those air dates, so you know whether the station is doing anything at all.

What we need Station spot logs (schedule exports) for the audit period, plus the GA4 and Search Console access from Expanded.

Google Ads Account Review

Wasted spend, broken or missing conversion tracking, and structural problems in how campaigns are built. The kind of thing that quietly costs money every month until someone actually opens the account.

What we need Read-only user access to the Google Ads account.

Vendor & Contract Rate Review

Whether your current agencies and media vendors are billing fair market rates for what they’re actually delivering, checked against real benchmarks instead of taking the invoice at its word.

What we need Current vendor and agency contracts, plus recent invoices.
