Privacy Policy

How Red Beryl handles your information.

Effective September 21, 2026 · Red Beryl USA LLC, 3340 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30326 · nick@redberylusa.com

This policy explains what we collect when you visit redberylusa.com, use SignalCheck, send us a form, or connect an account to us; why we collect it; who sees it; and how to make us stop. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

1. Who we are

Red Beryl USA LLC (“Red Beryl,” “we,” “us”) operates redberylusa.com, the SignalCheck service, and the Marketing MadMen and Legacy of Luxury shows. Our office is at 3340 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30326. For anything in this policy, email nick@redberylusa.com or call 404-924-6962.

2. What we collect, and when

When you browse. Our web host and analytics tools record standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and time on page. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for site and session analytics. These tools set cookies; see section 6.

When you send a form. The contact form and the SignalCheck Step 1 form collect what you type: name, email, phone, company, website, competitors you name, and your message or answers. Forms are delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form processor that emails the submission to nick@redberylusa.com. FormSubmit’s own privacy policy governs its handling of that transmission.

When you connect a Google account to SignalCheck. The free Presence check asks you to invite Red Beryl as a manager on your Google Business Profile. Expanded and Full ask for viewer access to Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console. Through that access we can see listing details, reviews, photos, insights, website traffic and search performance for the properties you choose. We cannot see your Google password, and you can revoke access from inside Google at any time. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you send us files for the Full tier. Call-tracking exports, point-of-sale or CRM sales exports, radio station logs, Google Ads access, and vendor contracts. These files can contain your customers’ names and phone numbers. We treat them as confidential client data under section 4.

When you email, call, or book with us. The content of the exchange and your contact details.

What we do not collect. We do not sell any personal information. We do not run advertising pixels for retargeting on this site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

3. Why we use it

  • To reply to you and deliver what you asked for: a SignalCheck report, a quote, a consulting proposal, a guest reply.
  • To run SignalCheck: rank scans, competitor checks, radio matching and call-to-sale attribution use the data you connected or sent, and nothing else.
  • To improve the site and the service, using aggregated analytics that do not identify you.
  • To send you episode and product updates if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.

4. Client data from SignalCheck and consulting engagements

Information you connect or send for SignalCheck or a consulting engagement is used only to produce your reports and do the work you hired us for. Specifically:

  • Read-only by design. We never change settings, add or remove users, edit your listing, or post on your behalf through connected access.
  • No third-party sharing without written approval. We do not share your connected data, exports or reports with anyone outside Red Beryl and the processors in section 5 unless you approve it in writing.
  • Sample reports are anonymized. The sample reports on this site are built from real client data with names, locations and identifying details removed, with the client’s permission.
  • Your customers’ data. Files you send may include your customers’ personal information. You are responsible for having the right to share it with us; we process it only on your instructions, keep it only as long as the engagement needs it, and delete it on request.
  • Revocation. Remove us from Google Business Profile, GA4, Search Console or Google Ads at any time from your own Google account. Ask us to delete exported files at any time.

5. Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run the business. Each receives only what it needs for its function: web hosting and WordPress; FormSubmit for form delivery; Google (Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile, Ads, Workspace email and storage); Microsoft Clarity for session analytics; Merchynt and Semrush for local search and competitive data used in SignalCheck; CallRail for call tracking where a client uses it; our email platform for episode and product updates; and the podcast and video platforms that host our shows (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube). We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

We do not sell personal information and have not sold it in the past twelve months. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies and embedded content

Analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure how the site is used. You can block them in your browser or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Pages that embed YouTube videos or Spotify players load content from those services, which may set their own cookies and collect data as if you had visited their sites. If you leave a comment or log in (staff only), WordPress sets the standard cookies described in its documentation.

7. How long we keep it

Form submissions and email: as long as we have a business reason, typically up to three years after the last contact. SignalCheck reports and connected data: for the life of your subscription, then deleted within 90 days unless you ask sooner. Full-tier exports and contracts: for the engagement, then deleted within 90 days. Analytics: per Google Analytics retention settings, currently 14 months. Accounting records: as long as the law requires.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. Email nick@redberylusa.com with “privacy request” in the subject line and we will reply within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request. Residents of states with privacy laws (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Texas) have these rights by statute; we extend them to everyone.

9. Security

Connected access is read-only wherever the platform allows it. Files are stored in access-controlled cloud storage. Staff access is limited to the people doing the work. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you and any regulator the law requires.

10. Changes

When we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes to how we use connected client data will be sent to affected clients by email before they take effect.
