What a SignalCheck looks like

Four short samples, one for each industry we have run it for so far. Each is a composite built from a real engagement in metro Atlanta with the business, its towns, its competitors and every figure changed. They show the findings and the recommendations; the full report carries the data behind them.

The patternGood operators, before marketing was in the operating layer

Every business in these samples is a good operator. Strong reviews, crews or staff people ask for by name, years in the market, work that holds up. None of them had a marketing problem in the usual sense; two of them were already buying ads, and one is a private-equity-backed professional services firm with a marketing hire on staff.

What they shared was that marketing had never been built into the way the business runs. Nobody counted the leads, so nobody could say what a job cost to win. The Google profile that earned the reviews was half finished. The website spoke to the wrong audience, or only to people who already knew the name. Each of those is a process gap, not a talent gap, and each one shows up in the data before it shows up in revenue.

That is what SignalCheck finds, and the recommendations are written so the owner, their web developer or their ad agency can do them without us. The monthly version keeps them done.

The samplesOne per industry

How to read themThree habits every report keeps

Every claim has a number and the number has a source. If two sources disagree, the client edition uses the more conservative one; the internal edition shows both.

No cost per lead, cost per job or return figure is printed unless the attribution behind it has been verified. Most first reports find that it has not, and that becomes action item one.

Every action item can be done by the owner, their web developer or their ad agency without us. The report is written for the owner, not for another agency.
